Singapore – the building of a global city

Delegates were inspired by the ever changing landscape of Singapore during our international study tour focusing on planning, innovation & urban development.

Delegates were given first class access to some of the most ambitious and innovative buildings in the world – with the opportunity to explore the city’s changing skyline, from mixed use developments to luxury hotels, from urban renewal precincts to game-changing residential developments. They heard firsthand how Singapore’s urban renewal program is transforming the city from a colonial trading outpost to one of the most important global finance hubs in the world.

The tour was complimented with briefings and keynotes from some of Singapore’s most influential urban development thought leaders and policy makers.

To enhance their Singapore experience, delegates dined in the sky at Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay.
